    I have a bit of an annoying and embarrassing problem and would like some advice… Lately, I have been having this bloated feeling, especially after eating. It seems to stay for hours. I also have lots of gas that I eventually pass, but it just seems to sit there for hours.

    Even when I pass gas, I can still feel like there’s a pocket of it that just refuses to come out. It is driving me crazy, but it is also uncomfortable and embarrassing. It has been happening for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I’ve always felt that I eat relatively well. What could be causing this sudden change? I don’t think I am doing anything different.

    The thing is, even when I feel like I have “taken care of it”, there is this uncomfortable feeling. It’s like everything doesn’t come out. It sits and waits there. Has anyone got any advice? Thanks in advance.

    Oh dear, that is annoying. I think many people can relate to this, though yours sounds pretty severe. Well, the first thing I would suggest to you is to go to the doctor to check it out. It is better to be safe than sorry. That way, you may get to the bottom (sorry about that!) of it.

    I agree with the previous comment about seeing the doctor. However, you may want to try eating smaller meals and eating it slowly as well. You can eat several smaller meals a day. This may reduce your bloating issues because your body may find it easier to deal with. By eating several meals a day, you may also feel satisfied and not crave any munchies which are not good for you anyway. Do you eat junk food?

    Hey, who doesn’t, right? Occasionally, I like to eat potato chips or pop corn, especially when watching TV. While I appreciate your suggestion of smaller and frequent meals, I did try it to no avail.

    Oh, I see. Wow, I thought that would work. I really have no idea other than to say, perhaps you may want to experiment with the junk stuff. Lay off for a couple of days and see if that works. Perhaps it has nothing to do with it, but there is no harm in trying.

    I had a similar problem about a year ago. My god, it just kept going and going. No matter what I did, nothing changed. I started searching on the Internet. I am not fond of going to the doctors. I found a site called the Digestive Center. I contacted them since I had nothing to lose. I’m glad I did because they were very helpful.

    I tried a product (I won’t mention it because I think the moderators may ban you or something) but it helped me so much and now I’m fine. If you PM me, I will tell you what I tried, but I suggest you contact them too. Drink lots of water too. It helps to stay hydrated.
